First visit to doctor helped. All my questions and concerns were explained thoroughly and answered. Referred to this office by family which I was highly impressed.
This was my first visit with Dr. Arthur. Formerly I had visited with another physician within the same practice. I felt much more confident about his manner and the female assistant who listened, offered information, and a plan gong forward. I really appreciated the time spent and the interest shown in getting my medical condition back on track toward wellness. The pleasing atmosphere was noted, and the service was professional and caring.
I would like to see him as my regular physician. I am concise and to the point and hate for someone to beat around the bush with me. We discussed my concerns, he gave me a solution and I was out of there in no time. All while, he was patient and really gave me the answers I needed. He didn’t push things on me that I wasn’t comfortable with, he read the room and ensured that my needs were met. They said he’s new but I couldn’t tell the difference. Dr McQuade is awesome.
My husband and I both went for physicals recently. This was our first time seeing Dr. McQuade. We both really like him and plan to request hime next visit. Great addition to the practice.
Dr. Lin performed my unexpected gall bladder surgery. I had never met him before. His bedside manner prior to my surgery really put me at ease! The follow up appointment was wonderful. He is an excellent doctor. I was so lucky he was the surgeon on that day.
